Our beef is all grass fed and grass finished. No antibiotics or hormones. We are licensed and inspected by the Oregon department of agriculture and all our meats are USDA inspected and processed humanely at our butcher shop who is animal welfare approved by AGW. Vacuum sealed packaging for maximum freshness. We are making beef box specials this week. The pork and chicken are seasonal.
